can you please guide me with my Water Fasting Schedule.
Age: 25
Sex: Male
Weight: 220
Schedule to be followed:
`40days Water fAsting
followed by
`10Days Juice Fasting
then
`5 Days Fruits and vegetables only (boiled/raw)
Again
`25Days WaterFasting
followed by
`15 days Juice Fasting
then
to strict to good nutrition diet and exercise well to avoid it come back .
please guide me, i am more worried about electrolytes and Heart problems caused by WaterFasting.
My target it to burn 70+ Fat.
Do i need to change my schedule or its fine
