Thank you so much. I will get on the MSM and try to find a decent vitamin C without additives. So hard to do as nearly everything I find has magnesium stearate listed!
I was feeling pretty darn good up until this week until these horrid stomach issues resurfaced! I will stop everything for a few days and then restart Iodine at 50 mg instead of 125 mg, and lower dosages of other companions. Do you think that sounds good? I'm afraid I will have too much brain fog if I go too low on the iodine...
