Re: Lack of desires, apathy and lots of anxiety and tension.

Thank you very much for the help :-)
This forum is not conventional so it is a bit difficult to understand how to use.

I find this forum searching for Adrenal Fatigue, and as you say there are many information about plan to recover.
I'm very confused because I don't know if I have this problem, I'm anxious (actually my condition has improved) so I can easily make mistakes.
I went to endocrinologist and she said I have a psychological problem, then I went to urologist and he said I have low testosterone.
I'm very confused.
I ended up paying for my blood analysis, because my doctor didn't want to prescribe them.
Moreover, I don't know how to buy cortisol strips in Italy…so I do a 24 cortisol urine test and the value is:
URINARY CORTISOL 39,00 µg/24h [4,3 - 176]
and
MORNING CORTISOL (blood) 17,5 µg/dL [5 - 25]
and
DHEA-s 2796 µg/L [200 - 4900]

Seem that total cortisol is low and the other values are normal or is an error?
However, I have low testosterone, low-normal lh and fsh.
Can testosterone be linked to serotonin?
I have symptoms of low serotonin, but I'm really fatigued too, I can't do works and I can't stand.
I have low blood pressure and anxiety when eating.
What do you think?
Thanks
