Unfortunately I have been this way for four years, i even worked an hectic job for three of those years with 3 hour sleeps a night, so I understand the brutality of it...The last I didnt wake up at 3am and was unable to get back to sleep was on August 30th 2009!I have found recently the Sota Bio Tuner the most helpful thing in this, supplements and diets have no helped at all, some made it worse.
I agree with Sherpa that healing your metabolism should be at the forefront, but there are other things to consider such as mental anxiety, so maybe a combination of diet, meditation/full body rexation before bed etc will help. But as Sherpa says, things dont change overnight, its not like a sleeping pill from the doctor (although they never worked for me either!)
