Re: Really loud watery stomach gurgling sounds

I actually ended up giving him a higher dose of ranitidine (zantac) tablet to day, I hate using them because of the bad bacteria in him but there has been no really loud watery grumbling noises coming from his stomach, so it settled his stomach in some way and I have no idea why this would stop the noises which are so loud it is worrying. So perhaps then the sounds are due to an acid problem, but they started after coconut oil so it leaves me confused. He still can't tolerate oil and it triggers the really loud sounds !! Tweet
