Really loud watery stomach gurgling sounds

I started my son on coconut oil and he was getting on fine so I increased his intake which gave him an upset stomach. Now when I give him coconut oil or more than a teaspoon of any oil it triggers really loud watery swishing stomach gurgling. He has got candida and suffers from belching but this is a new problem that recently started and I have no idea how to help him. His stomach sounds like water swishing like if you was swishing water around a bucket and you can hear it from one room to the other, it is so loud. Tweet
