if someone makes a comment in your new found health program - just smile or say.. my doctor put me on strict diet!..... on social occasions --- try to bring fruit platters to the table to share with all of them..
actually when I started on this lifestyle it seems I became more sociable.. that I seldom stand near the table (nibbling at food).. I am now mingling more..
the problem is if the occasion is a sit-down-table kind of event... you might want to try the tips shared by youtubers like okraw, fullyrawkristina and liferegenerator...(search them on youtube)
