Re: Feeling Completely Hopeless
I don't know if it's dangerous for good bacteria, to be honest, but I heard a rumor that it's not. I'm guessing it might be bad for some kinds and good for others, personally. My stools now have some smell, but still not as much as before.
The nullifying of the fenugreek smell lasts until you eat fenugreek again. To some degree, the removal of the fenugreek smell begins immediately upon zapping, but it's not completely gone for a while. I'm not sure how long. It could be anywhere from a few minutes to an hour, but longer to get rid of BO that may or may not surface afterward. I'm not sure how long that takes.
I use a pretty weak zapper that feels safe to use a lot: the zapperplans.com zapper. I just connect it to spoons, and usually use it dry, although it's more powerful wet. I use it continuously anywhere from a few hours to 16 hours a day. I don't do the 7 minutes on 20 minutes off thing at all. I've begun holding it in my hands while I sleep. That may sound strange, but I've learned I can train myself to do that. I don't strap it to my feet. I zap while and/or after I eat whenever possible, usually. Staying hydrated is also important. I suspect getting enough salt is also important, but I could be wrong.
Other zappers might have faster or different effects. I'm not sure. My other zapper may have influenced the stool smell, too, but I don't use that zapper usually, now.
I can't say if zapperplans zappers are the same every time. I need to get the frequency tested. I have heard, however, from someone else that it helps with hypoglycemia, and that does seem to be the case with mine. So, there seems to be some consistency, or a coincidence, at least.
