Also, if you have silver Amalgam fillings, if you can afford it, removing those might be a good idea. They're made of about 50% mercury. There are places where you can replace them with metal-free fillings, I hear.
I still have loads of silver Amalgam fillings, myself. I can't afford it, and am somewhat concerned about the risk of mercury vapor entering the lungs in the removal process. You need to find someone who really knows how to do it right, or safely—not just anyone, I've read.
