Thanks for letting us know you are doing ok. Since some of us are following your story on CZ would you mind starting a new post on your next fast? This is just a suggestion of course. You may have a reason for just doing one long thread, but this thread is now way down the page. It would be easier to find you if you started a new thread. You could always put a link in it to this thread so people could see the whole story. Again this is just a suggestion. I am not trying to be your boss lol.
