Today I completed 18h dry fast and started eating at 16 o'clock.
These short fasts are so easy. I will continue with short fasts till my next long fast.
During my 8h window I eat only fruits, veggies and cottage cheese, also not filtered olive oil. As a supplement I take barm.
I have no patience to cure my left shoulder and my right triceps. It will enable me to weight lifting again.
