I don't think a lot of what Dr Filonov says has any scientific basis, he's just made it up probably, so I don't believe some of his explanations.
I think what happens with dry fasting is the body gets swamped with T lymphocyte cells which are the fastest replicating cells in the body.

as for dry fasting being 3x better than water fasting, that's a bit conservative imo, it is much better than that, infinitely in fact, with Water Fasting some organs never get to rest and heal but with dry fasting they can.
