It's sunday, did my dry fast yesterday. It is infact easier than a water fast. I got the same problems as on a water fast: couldn't sleep, but it is easier.

Next time will do a 2 day dry fast. stupid work!

let's see if it's 3 x stronger than a water fast. maybe I see some black mucus in my stools like I do on a water fast.
