Ahhh, I see says the blind man....er...woman. Thanks for that info.

If the above info is correct, I would think that the manner that the cells burn up debris would be the way to go instead of flushing all of that stuff (acids) into a possible weakened organ (kidneys).

I have a harder time wrapping my mind around how dry fasting helps with inflammation better than water fasting. Makes my mind wonder if edema, which some people suffer with, is partly due or fully due to inflammation. Dry fasting seems to help with edema problems. My common sense says it would be due to reduced fluids in the body....but perhaps its other reason as well?
