I suffering from TMAU since 10 years. Although i have not been diagonized, the symptoms point towards TMAU. In your post you mentioned about using activated charcoal. I took a particular tablet called Distenil, (6 tabs a day for a month). I didnt feel any difference in the odour and stopped using it completely. Due to this my guy flora was badly altered and I am facing digestive problems since.(its been 2 years and the doc says that i have irritable bowel disorder).this makes me very hard and difficult to pass stool
have you faced any problems any such with activated charcoal. If so could you please reply me with the proper remedy.
Also if you have not faced any problems with activated charcoal, please tell me the safest way to handle it, because I am at living a very difficult life and added on to that problem is my IBS caused due to the activated charcoal. I am feeling depressed all the time. Please reply at your earliest convenience about anything that could help me ease the problem.
I am a 26 year old guy from Bangalore-India. I hav no friends whatsoever due to this condition and there is no doctor in this country with any knowledge of TMAU at all.
