Yes; it's an excellent book.

I can still remember the part when he explains that even ONE CALORIE consumed can turn "off" ketosis and throw the body off balance.

It was a true "aha" moment for me, when others were SO WORRIED that I might become an 'anorexic'. I believe this is what makes the difference between health and sickness.

Anorexics don't eat enough to survive, eating things like a lettuce leaf or something like that for every meal.

Fasting for health means NO food whatsoever. So your body can stay in true ketosis and burn your own FAT as its fuel source.

Very informative, truly inspirational.

He also informs as to the changes a body goes through DURING the fast. Like the normal drop of blood Sugar and blood pressure. The need to arise slowly from bed or a seated position...

I can't stress the importance of getting self-educated enough!!!
