For about a year I was doing Intermittent Fasts everyday cause I thought they were really good for you. But then I discovered Water Fasting and I learned that I didn't really benefit much from those 20 hour fasts cause I wasn't really fasting. 18 hours wasn't long enough for my body to go into ketosis let alone allow my digestive system to shut down. My question is what't the minimum amount of days you can fast in order to gain real benefits such as healing and toxin elimination ?
