The wiley thing was a new change for me as I never ate fast food in my life before trying his diet.

I found the cheese on one of the McD burgers stuck on my plate for 2 weeks after I quit wileys diet challenge. The mcD cheese dries like plastic and hardens like super glue so hard that leaving the plate thru 2 weeks of dishwashing still did not remove the rock hard super glue McD cheese. I had to use a sharp knife to scrap the McD plastic glue aka cheese off the plate. I decided I did not want plastic glue in my arteries. It was a fun experiement yet I can not recommend it for health.

As far as being happy.... every day that I am pain free is a happy day for me. I was dying of systemic dental metal poisoning and pain when I found dr. hulda clarks dental protocol and then curezone. It is by the grace of God that I got the toxic fillings out and cleared up the systemic poisoning and infections bad dental metals and clogging diet caused in my body. Once I did H.Clarks dental protocol and later cleaned out my system and corrected my diet to 80% fruitarian, all physical pain stopped and went away.

My goals are pretty humble, to live pain free. As long as I stay aware of environmental risks I can avoid exposure to risks. My favorite scientific teacher, professor aubrey de grey, 5 phds from oxford, longevity expert, published we know intracellular junk causes all known pain, disease and early death, so we know how to keep our systems free of pain and disease and early death causes by removing intracellular junk, so the focus on health and longevity now shifts from keeping junk and debris and unwanted organisms OUT of our intracellular fluids and areas, to MINIMIZING RISK EXPOSURE in our day to day lives to avoid EXTERNAL RISK FACTORS in our environments to live pain free and disease free with longevity.

Happy is a relative term, as stated, I am happy every day that I stay pain free. I suffered painful migraines for over 5 years due to reactions from bad dental metal poisoning, once you suffer like that and overcome it thru correct non toxic dentistry, correct diet and correct hygiene, you get pretty serious about maintaining a stable pain free life and do not let emotionalism, ignorance or misplaced sympathies pull you back into pain, disease and suffering.

I know many people accept pain as part of life and just hit the morphine highway, that is a scary option that I do not care to entertain as I think pain is an indicator and an alarm SIGNAL that tells us we are doing something wrong and need to CHANGE COURSE, so I would never want to live on pain pills like some people do, as then our pain alert system, signal, which is there for a reason, is subduded.

kind of sums up my philosophy these days. I want everyone to know there is hope for healing and pain relief thru natural and some medical means. Curezone helped me with a working knowledge base to help myself and I am grateful and wish to see others healed and pain free also. It blows my mind how little humans know about thier own bodies. And how little people know about keeping thier inner and ecto, outer systems free of harmful parasites and painful disease causing organisms. I am always open to learning new information and changing my beliefs once new information is applied and works good. That's why free thinkers forums like curezone and the internet are so helpful.
