Hi Onwards. I use three - Magnesium Malate 424mg x a day, Natural Calm, a half teaspoon at night and I spray some pure Magnesium oil most nights but not every night. I've stopped using magnesium for a few days and my skin has begun to heal. Not sure it's a coincidence as i'm also in the middle of my menstrual cycle and I am very sensitive to hormone changes. I was also developing terrible reactive hypoglycemia again and my vision was getting "double vision". All scary stuff. I really felt I was getting overactive thyroid symptoms. I've taken your lead and will cut back on my magnesium intake think i might have been over enthusiastic. I'm just surprised that it was affecting my insulin problem but it could be more that it was affecting thyroid function which i know has in turn massive effect on hypoglycemia also. Tell me did you take potassium to also help combat the Mg issue?
