Re: dry and peeling skin, dry hair - detox?

Thanks for that Onwards, I'm wondering if it is my thyroid. I have tested positive (serum test) for sub clinical overactive thyroid but my original ARL hair analysis showed i have severe underactive thyroid function (makes sense as most of my symptoms except for regular bowel movements and shakiness) have always been more indicative of a low thyroid function . Funny thing is last thyroid test showed my thyroid was actually stabilizing but I'm sure this can change overnight. Though I feel better energy wise on TEI I still find my brain function is very much still an issue.

I have also had an TEI hair analysis but unfortunately i can't read it properly and don't have my ARL results handy. But this is the first time I've had the dry skin and peeling even though I've had thyroid issue for years. I also notice that my hair though no longer falling out it is quite dry and thinning but I'm also growing body hair like never before!..lol. So it's definitely some sort of hormonal issue. But I'm wondering also whether it's caused from lowered adrenal stress from copper detoxing (though energy levels are not bad)I take quite a bit of Zinc and a tonne of Magnesium - not sure if this is the cause but it did start around the time i increased magnesium intake. Wonder if it's causing a detox or affecting my thyroid! Like Feo I feel my skin looks 100 years old. I keep hiding my hands because they look like an old woman's hands!
