Well, I used to sleep sprawled out on my stomach. But then a chiropractor told me that it was like a bad adjustment every night, that the best is fetal position on the side, and 2nd is on the back. So I switched to that. But I will say that MH's suggestion sounds good. I think the reason that the stomach sleeping wasn't good was because it pushes the hips forward. But if you have your knees pulled up, then the hips would be tucked. I might try that out.
