$15 instead of the $24 asked at Amazon if you buy direct from the maker and avoid the kosher tax. Both products are claimed to be of bovine hide however if you buy direct from the manufacturer you can avoid the blessing fee of a certified and labeled can. I'm used to not paying sales tax on the internet but I guess the chosen fee applies in all zip codes?
