Good to hear the herbs are doing their job Onedaysoon!

You guys on this forum have convinced me it's best to buy in bulk and mix own formulas.
I've tried paragone and other ' Hulda Clark ' type mixes in capsules...but i don't think they're strong enough.

On the parasite forum i've read often from 'veteran para-cleansers' it's best to hit them hard with a dose high enough to kill, as smaller doses could enable the critters to build up a resistance.
Of course it's kinda hellish going through this physically with stuff dying -off and herxing like mad...but like you said, knowing you have days off from everything to just stick to the program and go through it makes it easier.

I am going to go the parasite route once adrenal function is stronger. It was so harsh last time, and i was much weaker then.
