I had been taking the Black-Walnut , cloves, and Wormwood for about a week before. But the full teaspoon of this concoction really slammed it out. A roundworm about 12-15 inches (at least) came out so I know it's doing it's job!

Interesting what you said about the smaller doses. Might be best just to take the big dose and live through the misery for a little bit.
