Re: Some good news for a change
That to me is some pretty powerful anecdote. You weren't giving him anything else to heal, so aside from the elimination of allergens, nothing could have produced the result BUT the rice bran oil I suppose.
I bought some, love it on salads. I'm just gonna use it in very liberal amounts on all my salads. This because I'm using VCO and red palm oil also, and there's only so much naked oil I can stand..
As a total aside and thanks for the tip, you might check this out (I've also heard of sunflower oil pulling mercury from the body)
"One of my favorite topics. I was plagued by 'deep pockets' in my gums. The dentist measured them twice a year for about 20 years (I'm 46). They were getting progressively worse. Having these deep pockets causes the need for painful deep cleanings and eventually turns into gum diseases. I was having many dental problems along the way, excessive plaque, crown replacements, filling replacements, cracked teeth, cavities.
Dentist kept telling me to brush and floss more and better. I did to no avail.
I discovered oil pulling in 2011. I swished a small amount (1 tsp?) of sesame oil every night after work for 6 months. In November 2011, I had 15 pockets deeper than 3mm. (3mm is where they start to track them). Most were 5-7mm, the deepest was 10mm. I discussed oil pulling with my dentist, he had never heard about it but said to give it a try.
In May 2012, I had only one pocket deeper than 2mm, the one that was 10mm was now 3mm. All the rest were non-existant or just barely detectable at 1mm.
My dentist and hygenist were floored. During the cleaning, which was usually painful and long, the hygenist kept commenting that 'there was nothing there to clean' and what was there, came off easily. They asked all kinds of questions and are both now oil pulling and telling others to do it.
I use Dynasty brand Sesame Oil, ingredients are "Sesame Oil". There are other brands, many a mix of other oils. I can't tell you if other oils work or are better, but I had great success with sesame oil and won't be changing. Every night when I get home from work, I open the bottle, take a small swig and swish it around for 20-30 minutes. Sometimes less if the phone rings or I have to talk. Sometimes I forget on the weekend. Afterwards, I rinse my mouth with water and then use a wet toothbrush, no toothpaste. In the morning before work, I brush with toothpaste and floss as normal.
Good Luck!"

I can vouch for the whole body effects of oil pulling ( I've done coconut and sesame). However, the pronounced effect of seemingly reduced toxic load, better skin, and reduction of ailments in general varies probably in relation to the amount of dental problems a given person has to begin with. I don't know? I sleep better and feel better doing it.
Also as an aside, the quick killing boost (and fantastic cleanser) for candida in the lower bowel and transverse colon I have noticed, and you may not want to go here, but for an adult 28oz water +1.5 tsp salt + 5 drops iosol
Iodine + 7-10 drops nutribiotic liq
Grapefruit-Seed-Extract + 7 drops of alcohol free
parasite tincture will REALLY get any unwanted guests in the area moving, and moving out.
I'm experimenting with it (I didn't read this anywhere) but it seems like a winner. I might well get to the point where I never have to do it again for that matter, but gee whiz, it works. My theory is after 40 feet of intestine, what could be left of any healing substance to do good?
Anyway, that's my 0.02 and attempt to return the favor.
