Thank you so much for sharing. I've been wondering how things are going with you. It's interesting to note that even though you said you do feel a difference now that your potassium is at 1, that you still are feeling energetic enough to live a normal life. I think it's a good reminder that the hair test shows disease trends and there are other things that affect energy such as infections etc.

My potassium has never raised above 1 and sodium never above 3 in the two years I've been doing NB. Yet, I have far more energy than when I started. I think this is because of the bad parasite infection I had/have. I'm hoping to see a trend towards raising those minerals now that I've been addressing infections. But still, it's great to see increased energy even if the numbers don't show it.

Very interesting about the two week break you took from the herbs. I just mixed mine up yesterday and am looking forward to feeling even better. How long after you first started taking the herbs did it take for you to notice a difference?
