Re: Cdiff

When you have a big kill off, like Antibiotics , you need to repopulate the whole bacteria colony in the intestines.
Probiotics never worked with me.
Maybe it is just a myth, that it works, or that some have effect, as their system are not totally whacked. Mine was.

From your story, sanitizising everything in your house. Years ago I experienced the Beauchamp vs Pasteur- conflict in practice (terrain vs germ)
My son was one year old, in Asia, after a big rain fall, sunny all day after, then the afternoon. He put his hand into a flower pot; full of rain water and all germs that had populated that day in 30 C+. Really greenish, black, slimy mass. He ate it. When I saw it, it was kind of late; and all thoughts went through my mind. Listeria, Campolybactor, Dengue etc..

What to do.
I ended up with doing nothing, put my faith to a good immune system, never disturbed with vaccines etc. All good, he never had a symptom of it. Maybe the only vaccine he ever got :))
On a good day I could probably swim in C-diffs and their family too. On a bad day I would let them influence me; infection = influence. Influenca.

My teachers (both medical, homeopathic doctors) said the first meal after an Antibiotics are done, is crucial. If done wrong, you repopulate your intestines wrong. They suggested then to do the Antibiotics over again, then the right meal, food.
