A friend checked Cutler's information regarding sweating and it was not accurate. If you can withstand regular sweating over a long period of time you will get similar results to chelation. It may be a little slower, or it may actually be more effective because you are guaranteed that you are actually excreting when you sweat vs. chelation where you don't know for sure.
You need to take in enough electrolytes while doing this though or you will get worse.
