Question. I am seeing stones in every bowel movement I've had since switching to the vegan diet... but a lot of this is also attributed to the fact I am eating a large quantity of fats from coconut oil, avocados, and nuts/seeds.
6-8 T of coconut oil a day.
2-3 avocados a day.
a few servings of nuts/seeds
Is this overkill? A lot of my bowel movements lately have been liquidy and smell/look like bile.
The majority of my caloric intake (~3000kcal) is coming from fat... the rest of my diet is filled in with Nutritional Yeast, a few lbs of raw veggies and greens.
I'm assuming hand/foot reflexology for the liver would be a very good thing right now.
