A little frustrating to hear this actually. I've eaten this way for years. I've had a few Psoriasis legions here & there for the last 8 years. I started Iodine in May and now I'm in a Psoriasis FLARE with join pain to boot. Sure didn't expect this. BTW, I started boron only two days ago. Maybe that will help.
