Re: A psoriasis case

It is a very difficult condition to live with as it has a lot of psychological problems as well as physical. I would wear cotton gloves to hide my hands , when I was younger, because the Psoriasis was so ugly, and painful.

As ususal though, the doctors were wrong. I don't eat a lot of sugar, never have, and I'm gluten intolerant, so I didn't eat any wheat products either ,( both of these things are supposed to make Psoriasis worse.)

Its my belief that it is caused by a problem with the connective tissue at a cellular level, hence why the silica has helped so much , in my case. I have no scientific proof only what I have tried myself. I also think there is a direct link with vitamin D deficiency.

Its all about feeding the body the nutrients it needs and wants, as is most of the physical problems and illnesses we see today.

I'm glad your friend is getting better :)
