Question: How did you determine that it was the Vitamin C that gave him the deficiency? And in what form was the vitamin C, e.g. acid or mineral?
I have averaged well over 50,000 milligrams of ascorbic acid daily for the past nineteen years, and have had nothing but the best of health [to show for it].

P.S. I do take one mult-vitamin-mineral tablet each day, and that has 0.9 milligrams of copper in it.
