Well, hodgepodge, yes. I learned a new word.

- It is a forum that try to cover Iodine supplementation all from the newbies taking their first drop, to veterans that take their daily or weekly dose without complaining about it, larger or smaller dosages.
We want to keep the latter here too, with more advanced info if I may call it so; as they have proceeded to better health, also evolved spiritually after years on iodine. Without you, Wombat, Trapper, Newport and others; I wouldnt stay here for long. And we also have the privilege to post off topics, as we know how to. And we know when to stop.

Once in a while off topics are great, too much will water out this forum`s purpose. One way to do it (for those who feel uncertain about this); when someone have got their answers; if the thread take off in other directions; this is the time to play with whatever off topic; well, maybe not the tractors:))


I like to post at Trappers forum, for the off topics, and the V forum for the way off topics. There are other forums too!!

Discussions, debates; there are two other Iodine forums for it. And loads of others at CZ.

Sex; yes of course, but involving Iodine to the topic would give it the twist:))

When it comes to boron, it is ok to post about is, as there are no boron forum; I know it has been requested. Twice.
Also posts about the co-factors are on topic; as they are within the FAQ listed for this forum.
