UPDATE: Test results

Hi fellow troopers,

I got some tests done recently inspired by overitt's pyroluria post. Thought I'd share the results.

1) Pyroluria test: normal

2) Iga savliva test: normal

3) Liver detox profile:

Phase 1 - high normal reading
Phase 2 - low normal reading.
The results suggest I need to balance the ratio between the two phases. I guess improving phase 2 would be a start.

4) Leaky gut test - positive

Has anyone done any simliar tests? Be great to compare results.

Think it might be high time I did another serious detox. Has anyone tried a Water Fast for our problem? I've done a juice fast before. Curious yet scared about water fasting. Appreciate any tips.
