Well. I have been doing liver/gallbladder flushes every couple of weeks. Getting lots of stones out.

I have also been doing coffee enemas. At least two per day.

My clearance is LOT better. That is why I have nice soft smooth skin now. :)

It looked like alligator skin for many years
