I posted an update on my progress with copper detox (and detox in general) in the Adrenal Fatigue Forum

Lot's of negative press on the AF forum regarding NB.

Hoping to give it some support and make people understand that there is a reason this program can make people feel worse. There is no pleasant way to extract accumulated toxins from your body.
