Actually david, your article is pretty interesting. I have been taking upwards to 10 grams a day with no loosening of the bowels. Maybe ill try and reach my bowel tolerance and go from there? I wonder how long id have to run that dose of vitamin C for.
Do you have a brand that you trust to be the most potent? Im taking the NOW brand C with rose hips and bioflavanoids for increased absorption. Still havent had the runs yet.
