What is your diet like? I think this might be something you can work on: eat lots of protein e.g. lean meat, if you can. Drink some lemon juice in water before the meals for better digestion. Eat butter instead of margarine. Buy some magnesium oil and put it on to your skin. Add more every week. Magnesium calms you down immensely. After some weeks apply quite a lot. If you take it over your skin you can't overdose it. You can also make it buy yourself very cheaply.
Otherwise I can recommend a hair mineral analysis with Trace Elements (TEI). After taking their supplements & magnesium for three months now I'm feeling pretty relaxed. Before I broke out into tears very easily. But you must have patience!
