Had no idea D3 lowers potassium.

So, you all have tried this, without D3 and must have had the same issues as I at one time. Marie you've been off D3 for some time, looks. And, you noticed improvement.

I think, Rick said it wculd be OK to get one's D3 from the sun thrugh the skin, as it is synthisized differently by the body.

Make sense?
