how many calories should i eat to lose weight fast


Hello all. I'm trying to lose weight. By the end of this summer. Unsuccessful so far I guess. I still have too much of body fat and as a result, my abs are not visible. I've played ignorance when friends told me that I need to consider how much calories I eat per day and start to count them. I told them that I won't do that because I don't need that. Well, I guess I need to do just that now. My weight loss stalled. My weight is the same for more than 2 weeks now. I am frustrated. So how many calories should I eat to lose weight again? I've calculated my basal metabolic rate to be about 2300 calories per day (on my regular day, not on my exercise day. On my exercise day my BMR is still 2300 calories plus the 500 calories I burn during exercise - jogging, so my bmr calories consumption for that day would be about 2800 calories). So to lose weight efficiently I need to eat about 20% of calories less. For my regular day that means 1860 calories and for my exercise day that means about 2240 calories. I've found this article explaining how many calories should i eat to lose weight but the tool provided says I need to eat 1400 calories per day to lose weight in decent time. I think that is way too low caloric intake. I tried to eat that little calories and was really hungry trough out the day. I also felt very power-less and my overall feeling was bad. So I should eat about 1900-2200 calories per day to lose weight. I will try this diet and see how it goes. If I will not get any results I will come back and post an update. I hope I will not break my metabolism with this caloric intake. But 1900 calories should be enough. I hope I lose that extra weight by the end of September. Oh btw, my current weight is 102kg. I am 188 cm tall and age 32. My BMI is well over "normal" zone and my body fat is more than 20% at this time. I need to lose some weight so my body fat would drop to 15%. At 15% abs are visible. Wish me luck with my lose weight plan!
