Currently I am off the moisturizer, After hot shower my lips get little dry I can feel on touching, and they moisture themselves aftersometime. There is no peelings or going white at all. We have removed the candidal biomembrane by strict hygiene and now the outer layer of newly growing skin is extracting nutrients from basement membranes. Every thing back to normal!

Strict hygiene I mean

Brush in morning + mouthwash apply bepanthen

just squash water


don't eat or drink any thing in the middle, except water



then after lunch again use mouth wash if possible



use bepanthen as much as possible whenever you feel like.

then after supper, again brush and use mouthwash, and don't eat anything afterwards.
