I was instructed meat & vegetable. Protein, yes. Try for protein in snacks, meals, everything. Eggs. For me, adding c via Amla fruit (gulp, yes, ayurveda again!), but I read that mega c heals adrenals. It charged up the healing for me. Mega C can loosen stools, but this doesn't happen w/ amla, a whole fruit source. I used Swansons(great price) & pop em all day every day.
