Re: A bit of common sense about AF
Yes, I can relate to your frustration. Current medicine does a couple of things very well, mainly saving lives after traumatic events, but otherwise it is basically useless. They are good at making people live longer by suppressing symptoms that would otherwise shorten your life but not at healing the body. Alternative medicine is just as much of a problem as mainstream medicine because it is basically a total free-for-all, and while an alternative medicine practitioner is much less likely to kill you than a regular MD, they seem to have almost the same chance of curing you, which is close to 0%. After years of searching, I have finally come across ayurveda which seems to be the best form of medicine, although even with this most practitioners, especially in the US are not practicing it correctly, they are using a very cheap watered down version. TCM is very similar to ayurveda and very likely both of them have the same ancient origins. From what I can tell, nutritional balancing seems to be a cheap rip-off, watered down version of TCM. I don't know what diet you are following, but the diet recommended on as the generic nutritional balancing diet, as it states "yin" increasing diet, is the best way to acidify the body, great for people that need to increase fire and acidity in the body, but terrible for people who are are already on the acidic side, to recommend this diet as a general
healthy Diet for people who are sick to follow is not wise.
What I have found is mainly, if you feel worse, you are getting worse, don't believe the people who say you just have to feel worse to get better, that may be true to a small extent, but just feeling worse and worse over months or longer means you are doing something wrong. Whatever you are following, if you don't feel at least a small improvement after 3-4 months, you need to try something else.
