I haven't had a test in quit a while, and I've been under quite a lot of stress (separation from partner) for quite a while so I imagine they are both low- those were my 2 lows.
I am starting to do more salt now - just celtic see salt.
I did have urinary frequency but that seems to have slowed down and I felt good on potassium and mag if a bit "low mood" -
I just got my period and wonder if my foot pain was really at its height yesterday pre-period. (Seems better today.)
Is adding salt the only way to increase sodium (and lowering stress, I imagine)?
