Re: My Feet Hurt

My feet symptoms are all separate...warts appearing over a decade ago...very rare occurance of burning toes that itch like crazy..(possible fungal or B6 deficiency)

However the pain after getting up and trying to walk, heels feeling tight as hell not allowing my foot to bend, is the most recent symptom of the past year - and since suffering from bad AF.
I seem to get it happen for a few days at a time...and then it goes away for a couple of weeks...then it comes back again.
Is it like that for you DBLC?
Did it start for you after adrenal issues flared up?
Do you know your blood potassium and sodium levels? (on hair test both were low for me.)

So i think there's a link with the AF and this. I do suspect electrolyte imbalance and plan to get a blood panel drawn to find out potassium and sodium mainly.

Like you, i walk a lot and normally my feet can sustain hard work...but since AF they feel fragile.
