Re: My Feet Hurt
As Marie said, it could easily be sodium...esp. with the AF issues.
I think it could also be some other nutritional causation too but i'm not sure which as i have been on an array of good supplements for months which has eased the problem for me, so that it doesn't occur as regularly as before:
B12 (all 3 cobalamin's liquid sublingual form), C, B complex, Vit A (oil not carotene), Molybdenum drops, Magnesium were the main ones i was taking - along with CoeQ10, and L-Carnitine.
I've been loading up on sodium, yet urine still very low sodium output, also i still have very low B.P...i'm using himalayan Pink salt, Celtic grey
Sea Salt , and another
Sea Salt ...as well as Braggs which has loads of sodium in it - yet my B.P remains low. I have aldosterone issues so i think that is keeping my B.P low.
Despite popular opinion of Lam et al, not all folk with AF are necessarily high potassium...and i do suspect my pot. is low...which can cause low B.P....i'm having bananas again, despite the histamine loading nature of them, just to see if i can raise potassium to raise B.P.
Is your B.P low? Are you having lots of salt per day? Do you know your blood sodium and potassium levels?
