Interesting, lack of water produced pain in the prisoners treated and rehydration healed them.

Mh does say the less water the better and that the body just seeks to get rid of water as soon as we drink it. That appears to be Mh's reason and observation, the body dislikes water so much it tries to get rid of it ASAP via urination.

Water either overtaxes the kidneys, or cleanses the kidneys.

The only way to find out the answer would be to self experiment.

Health is all in the mind as well as the spirit. The beliefs have a tremendous, (stronger then placebo) effect on outcome.
