Yep Omo - fine sleep prior to AF burnout.

However i do agree with you that sleep is essential healing and any sleep problems could easily bring-on AF problems.

I had been sliding into burn-out for 5 years. If i had sleep/insomia-type issues i'm guessing it would have taken just 2 years.

Shortly after completely crashing i went to a doctor - i was a wreck...not making any sense...i didn't know what was wrong at the time...and the doc asked me about sleep, and was surprised to hear that despite everything going awry with body and mind...my sleep was fine - but i do need loads!
I spent last winter asleep mostly...trying to 'heal'...it helped...i was averaging 16 hours sleep every 24. 12 at night and an extra 4 'nap-time' during the day.

Needing so much sleep is more of a concern for me.
