Indeed. I suffer from insane mood swings too. From days of feeling I will conquer my illness and KNOWING I will be better than ever before to realize the crushing despair of my situation. Bad or good sleep are major triggers for them, but I have found that other things such as dark chocolate also affect me a lot. With 70% dark chocolate I got a day with energy (not the healthy energy, but wired/tired), and manic feelings coupled with depression. I had to get a long walk a Its weird but if you are chemically/hormonally imbalanced enough you can be manic and depressed at the same time. Social interaction its another nice trigger, it works both ways depending on the experience.

I hope that with methylation treatment and some flower essences I am trying this changes. It should.
