Yes I am scared that too much H202 is being generated to create T4 and this might be the reason of my pain.
It's weird because I take a lot of antioxidants...

Thanks for the links. Will read the transcript when I have some time.

But what I read from Dr. Jeffrey Dach seems to confirm what I thought, there's probably too much H202 generated, I take already 80mcg selenium from diet.

However as I said to Trapper, selenium shuts down my metabolism (the one I take from brazil nuts, only one nut is enough to shut it down)...
Basically I have the choice of causing thyroiditis and endanger my own thyroid or take selenium but gain no benefit from Iodine supplementation, sounds great...

I took 400mcg Iodine today instead of 1mg, I didn't feel that pain yet, hope it's OK, maybe it's just my thyroid which can't handle that Iodine flood.
